The dual stripe logo is a slightly different on the fakes, it is not as detailed. Also you can see the font for “PHARRELL WILLIAMS” is not as bold on the fakes.
Visually from a slight distance there is not much of a difference on the back heel area, next post will show a closer look to see the main difference.
The graphic for the footbed is awful on the fakes. No where near as detailed and crisp as the real pair. Just looks faded and worn out.
The body build of the male icon is not the same on the box label of the fakes and the alignment of “MADE IN VIETNAM” is aligned in the middle of the word “ORIGINALS” on the fake box label, on the real box label it is aligned towards the left not in the middle.
If you look closely you will notice differences in the font used for the inside size tag on the fakes and on the real pair.
Overall the quality of the stitching is not up to par on the fakes, the craftsmanship is significantly better on the real pair.
The inner heel white stripe that runs vertical is more translucent on real pairs, on fakes it is very solid white.
From a slight distance they both look identical, but with my next post you will see where the fake is different than the real pair.
A closer look at the back heel area you will notice there is a difference between the Adidas trefoil logo on the fake and the real. Close inspection you will see the actual colors used to make up the logo are not the same on the fake. Spacing of each letter of “adidas” is more spaced out on the fake. The trefoil logo on the fake is not as bold nor is it as crisp.
